Food Tag

So I had a recent trip to Nashville and with every trip there is always an opportunity to drop in to one of the local critically acclaimed restaurants. This time around, Red Pony in Franklin, Tennessee was my choice. The Zagat rated eatery is nestled on the main strip in  downtown Franklin. The culinary style reflects swanky Manhattan meets rustic European. Here's a snapshot of what you can find on the menu: collard green rockefeller, lobster and scallop, shrimp and grits, top notch creme brulee, Moscow mule (my favorite) and an array of other creative and fabulous options. I've got to say---it isn't often that you find an establishment that successfully fuses culinary artistry with contemporary flare without compromising quality...
