Sometimes the Bronx will come out in me. Today is that day. I’m channeling my around the way girl. Maybe it’s this dope J.Lo angora hat. No lo sé! But you’ve heard me say that my personal style is a combination of vintage mod, sophisticated chic and urban. Well…today you are getting urban. At least I feel like it. I love color. Lots of it….but you guys already know this. I think it’s the island girl in me. I rediscovered this J. Lo hat in my collection recently (isn’t it awesome shopping in your own closet?). I’ve had it since 2001 (I think from Macy’s) and fell in love with it instantly back then. I can hear LL Cool J’s Around the Way Girl playing in my head. Oh…I so miss those days. I can’t believe that we are in July already. Where did the time go? Geesh! On another note, I’m working to replenish my wig collection. If you’ve been following the blog for some time; you will know that I will rock a wig with no hesitation. But unfortunately, they sure don’t make them like they use to. I’m having a hard time finding pieces that I like. I’m on the hunt for the classic Farrah Fawcett style. I guess I’ll keep searching. I hope you beautiful people are having a great week. I have so much going on. I have a fashion show that I am styling for this weekend(pics to come). I’m also working on a local Blogger’s Brunch and I’m desperately working on a video post for you guys. Until next time…..Peace, Love & Blessings!

You look very, very good here and make me want to sit on the stoop and have a creamsicle from the ice cream truck.
