Hey Beauties! Geesh, I feel like I haven’t done an OOTD style post in like for everrrr! I guess it has been forever. Welp, truth is—I haven’t really been out and about in quite some time. Between my recent events, it’s been downtime and family time and I’m not one of those fashion bloggers that gets dressed up for the sole purpose of taking photos for the blog. I’ve gotta be actually going somewhere. I know, I know. I’ve gotta get with the program. One a serious note, I’ve had minor leg surgery recently and I’m just happy to be able to get back to my old self to some degree. That means—jogging, back to the gym and typical day-to-day mobility. As a thirty-something—I swear it’s like life hits you and then all of a sudden things happen. Like your body starts to change, you start to care a lot less of what folks think of you, you come to grip with your cottage cheese (damn cellulite)—I mean it’s like you sign a pledge to live life fearlessly. More boldly. You tackle fear head on. That’s what life has been like for me lately. Choosing to do me to infinite degree. I mean it’s not like I wasn’t in my 20s—but things are certainly a lot clearer for me. Could it be the fact that forty is knocking? Could be.
But none the less, I’m doing all of the things that God has set out for me and it feels really good to be walking in my purpose. Happy Monday.
